By agreeing to go ahead with our products and services, you as the client, individual, or company must read and comply with the terms of conditions stated below.

Deposit and Payment

All projects will require a 50% upfront deposit before we can commence work. For projects over $5000 we do accept milestone deposits of $1000 per milestone. Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances. A full non-refundable payment is required prior to your project completion and “live” delivery. Live delivery means that your project is able to be uploaded to a server and you can view and use your back end system to add products etc. We will not be able to make any further design or layout changes after the “live delivery” of your project and we will do not offer any refunds for change of mind.

**For credit card payments, we do require a surcharge of 1.5%

Design Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions during the design process. We will notify you and confirm with you that you are absolutely happy with the design before we complete the design process. Once we have completed the design process and you wish to make a revision, we will have to charge an additional fee if it can be done as often it may be too late to change the design depending on how far we’ve gone into building the website.


Images (photos) are not included in your website pricing, nor is the image and photo editing included. Please have web ready images and if you do require retouching or photo shopping we can offer that as an additional service (price will depend on amount of images). We can also source stock images for your website for an additional fee. Get Online Store will not be held responsible for any images you provide us that result in a breach of copyright or privacy because you have illegally obtained that image elsewhere.


Products and services provided by Get Online Store are guaranteed to be functional and working (with agreed features) upon completion. All of our work comes with a 30 day warranty period from date of completion which means if anything is amiss and errors made by us are identified, we will gladly fix with no extra charge.

After the project is handed over to the client Get Online Store cannot take any responsibility for the failure of a product to perform substantially due to any changes the client makes using a third party tool or due to their own misuse and misconduct.

Get Online Store will not be held liable for any losses or downtime incurred by the client due to any reasons relating to server downtime, product failure, human mistakes/errors and the like.

Specifically for eBay

Get Online Store takes no responsibility for any breaches that you may incur from eBay that may result in your store being suspended or terminated due to tools that we provide to you. All of our tools are in accordance with current eBay standards and requirements however if eBay were to introduce any changes beyond our control, we will not be held accountable.

Get Online Store will also not be liable for any integrations to eBay that include changes made by a third party website platform which can cause damage or loss for any particular reasons such as product malfunctioning or breaches of eBay compliance.

Get Online Store are a Partner of eBay Australia but do not have any involvement in the policies and guidelines set by eBay so we will not be held liable for any changes that eBay may introduce that can cause an impact to store and listing template designs we have provided to you. We will, however, endeavour to come up with a solution to resolve the problem at an additional expense to the customer.
